Positive: The property was spacious. The bed setup we wanted was accommodated which was greatly appreciated. The rooms allowed for enough space for the individual members of the group. The kitchen was well equipped with a lot of cupboards available for groceries. Definitely a place I would book again.
Negative: The dishwasher didn't work which was annoying as we didn't plan on washing dishes every time. The owner did try and help get this sorted while we were there. The other thing was the washing line and the garden. Everything was so overgrown (and old) which is a pity as the backyard is an idyllic place to enjoy the view of the sea and the sun.

Positive: The sea view was incredible at sunrise! The pool table was an unexpected bonus, alongside everyone having a TV in each room. The host, David, was super helpful and made everything easy. In terms of location, it's a quiet area with a great sea view, yet still easy access to central Brighton.
