3 Bedroom Cottage in Tiverton

The Smithy is a spacious four star country cottage, sleeping six people, set in the beautiful East Devon countryside, only 15 minutes drive from the M5.
Guests have the use of a large, warm, indoor swimming pool (run on a rota system), sauna, fitness room, children's play areas and games room, 12 ft trampoline, laundry facilities, enclosed pond area with ducks and friendly chickens and two acres of grounds. The cottage is single storey and has three ensuite bedrooms, a spacious open plan living area, conservatory and a private garden with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
The cottage is situated at Three Gates Farm, a converted 17th Century farm, with five 4-star holiday cottages, near Tiverton close to the Devon/ Somerset border.

Summary: We had a lovely stay here, was perfect with the playground on the doorstep and the summer house. My daughter loved it! The pool was perfect too and was a good way to spend the afternoon. Next to our lodge is a field perfect for catching the last hour on golden sunrays. Our host was very friendly and helpful, we certainly hope to come again in the future!

Summary: Excellent accommodation with super swimming pool, gym and sauna etc. Fantastic views of the countryside from the gardens, great local pubs with easy acesess to Tiverton and Bampton. Plenty of information available on things to do and places to eat supplied in a handy folder.

Summary: We stayed in the Smithy for four nights, the accommodation was brilliant, everything you need. The owner so nice and kind. We will go back and i would 100% recommend for anyone to stay there. They get top marks for everything.
