You can't go wrong with this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom retreat. Enjoy a drink on one of the two decks over looking the beautiful Lewis and Clark Lake, or just relax by the fireplace, or maybe a movie in the theater room. You can enjoy the sites of Yankton, boating on the water ( full service boat dock 3 miles away, Weigand Marina) , fishing at Gavins Point Dam, or catching some rays at one of the many beach areas during the day. All while, knowing that you have all the amenities of home.

Summary: We booked this listing for my Parent's 50th wedding anniversary. This property is spacious and clean. The decks have a view of the lake. The pool table and theater room were great we needed a break from the outdoors.

Summary: Once again, eight of us stayed at this property on our annual golf trip. We are always impressed with incredible cleanliness. The layout is great for our group with multiple beds in the bedrooms, large deck, huge views, workable kitchen, outdoor fire pit and large interior sitting areas. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a great getaway with friends and family.

Summary: We celebrated our 45th anniversary with our family. Beautiful home. Very spacious. Well supplied kitchen and use of outdoor equipment. What a blessing to have our entire family under one roof!!!

Summary: The house is very nice. BEAUTIFUL scenery. There were some bugs in the house (and a few blankets). It looked like it had been cleaned, but had been empty for a few weeks.

Summary: Our family of 7 adults and 5 children found this to be a great home to enjoy spending a long weekend together. Nice view of the lake! Kids enjoyed playing pool, games, and the adults made a few fires outside after a nice 2.5” rain storm that came through. Brought the kayak to the beach nearby. Lots of life jackets for kids to use and beach chairs-thank you. Would recommend this to any family with kids and will come back if in the Yankton area again. Cheers

Summary: Third time we have stayed here. This year we had 9 on our guys golf trip. Key to us is the number of individual beds. We also enjoy the huge deck, gas fire pit and lake views. The large kitchen works for us as well because we bring our own meals. This place never disappoints. Everything you experience is as advertised.
