Negative: To many rules and regulations posted everywhere, we are more Senior travellers, so most of them were no applicable to us. Aircon to heat property not efficient and lead to colds etc. Heating should have been supplied.

Positive: The location was perfect for where we needed to be - close to Jubilee Park sporting facilities. The block of shops around the corner, including bakery, convenience stores was extremely convenient. The house was spacious and comfortable. Our host was prompt and helpful with communication.
Negative: The lockbox code was not clear in the message provided and the actual lockbox difficult to access in dark. The pool was not available to use, nor seemingly the dishwasher.
Summary: We had a comfortable stay in a convenient location to us. Everything we required was available.

Positive: The house is very spacious, kitchen is amazing, pool was beautiful and having garage parking for the car was a god send for protection and security of the car.
Negative: This is only constructive criticism because I would rent this house again for sure. Due to very strict rules of the house I ordered food rather then cook because if you use the oven you have to clean it before you leave or get charged a fee and I have bad back and wouldn’t have been able to do it and time was a factor also, this is usually included in a rental home. The lawns needed mowing around the side, the pillows in the master were a high pillow and there was only 2 so I had no choice to use a smaller one which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, next time I would just pack my own. It states it has aircon but we couldn’t find where it was or how to turn it on. The old couches in the living room aren’t very comfortable after a while and the tv didn’t receive all free to air channels.
Summary: I would definitely stay here again because it’s a nice house, very roomy, great location and the pool was fantastic!
