Positive: There is everything that you may need. Apartment perfectly organized with welcoming pack of snacks.
Negative: Emergebcy exit light in the bedroom. Shower sending water towards the open door. Too ripid stairs. Too many byilding rework in the building.

Positive: Great location just south of the University of Toronto campus, within easy walking distance to the TTC's St. Patrick Station, and downtown TO. The apartment is well stocked with amenities, very clean, and comfortable. Sports pub, coffee shop, and restaurants meters away.
Negative: Beware of fake phishing attempt scam messages sent through the Booking.com messaging system. Booking.com was alerted to these phishing attempts however the messages continued. Received multiple "urgent" messages indicating that my reservation was at risk of being cancelled, additional payment information needed, etc. Do not click on any of the links in those messages. Make sure you only respond to or use valid links provided via the property manager's Enso system for your boarding pass.
Summary: Just what we needed in the heart of Toronto.

Positive: This apartment was fantastic! Was a bit nervous booking somewhere with little reviews but was so worth it. It's more spacious than I thought it would be. Looking now it's more obvious that it's two bathrooms but when I booked I had thought there would only be one so the second bathroom was a nice treat. The bedrooms are fine sizes, and the living area was grand and spacious. The apartment was very comfortable, the beds were perfect and the couch fit four of us comfortably. The sitting room TV was logged into the units own netflix and there were huge TVs in the bedrooms also. The host left everything we needed, towels, toiletries, seasonings and oil, iron and ironing board, even some treats and wine on arrival. Shameza rang us before our arrival to go over everything and let us know we could contact her with any issues (we had none). The location was absolutely perfect and if I am ever to return to Toronto I would definitely book again. It was no issue for us but just to keep in mind this apartment is up two flights of stairs with no elevator.
