Open with the kitchen, the family room shares the abundance of natural light provided by the large windows, and French doors that lead to the yard. Featuring a large cozy sofa and a Smart TV, it gives the family a pleasant place to get together. In a second and more private living room, those who seek tranquility can snuggle up on comfortable leather couches and unwind with a book. *There is also an extra private playroom for the kids, featuring a television, sofa, table, toys, and games. This space is accessed through the stairs in the backyard.
The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with modern appliances, all the essential cookware, lots of counter space, and a kitchen island with high-top seating. Cooking for the entire household will be a breeze! To enjoy these delicious meals, the dining room has a lovely modern wooden table with chairs and a bench, providing enough space to gather everyone.
There are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master one boasts a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms, also with private bathrooms, are each equipped with queen-size beds and plush linens. The fourth one has a twin bunk bed and is ideal for the younger ones to hang out.
There is also a powder room in this home for your guests' convenience.
You will love the extensive outdoor patio with high-quality outdoor furniture and an impressive outdoor grill station. This sunny backyard is fenced with a cedar hedge providing privacy, and features a fenced pool, lounge chairs, outdoor seating areas, and a kids play structure.

All your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4 PM & check-out is before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

Summary: We stayed at this property for 3 weeks during our displacement from the fire in Altadena. The home is beautiful, roomy, cozy, well supplied, and just a pleasure to come home to during a really stressful time. The owner/manager was very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal and close to shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay again under more pleasant circumstances. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

Summary: The house was a good size and it was nice to have several ensuite bathrooms. The yard was nice and I'm sure pool would be great in the Summer (we stayed in Winter). Would be good for kids with a nice playroom and lots of games in the house.

Summary: This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable home. They have everything you need for cooking, kids and relaxing! This place is catered to both kids and adults. Our kids absolutely loved the backyard with the jungle gym to play on, the playroom and the movie room with the bunk beds! The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. The BBQ was awesome and easy to use. The house rules and everything you need to know about the house is very clearly stated for you in the book so we didn’t have any reason to reach out to the host for questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: We are military families with kids ages 7-9. The kids absolutely loved the game room! The pool was chilly in October but still very clean and nice for a plate plunge for my husband’s sore muscles. Everything was so clean and well kept. Their game collection was very exciting!! The Moms played many of them. We would come back to this location every time!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay! The home was very well appointed. It was also clean! The patio I was a great place to bbq and enjoy the beautiful grounds. The pool was very welcoming and enjoyed by the family. The kitchen had everything you need to cook great meals! The rest of the house was amazing! The only negative point was the steps to get into the house. I can’t do steps especially when they don’t have a rail. I had to grab onto a flower pot to get in from the patio. There is a rail going down the outside steps of the laundry room. For me, it was very hard to get in and out. Otherwise, it was a fantastic place to stay!

Summary: The house itself is exactly as described! Spacious is an understatement. Really a wonderful rustic meets modern feel with every amenity imaginable. Comfy beds, televisions in the right places, awesome children’s playroom with tons of toys and games, adult games too. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures but still fine for the number of people in the house. It was not clean when we first arrived but they quickly serviced us with 1 phone call. Only problem was that there have been severe drought conditions and the lawns and trees were so dried out that wasps , bees and other insects were a small problem. While there were plenty outside places to sit, there were old, cobbwebbed and dusty. Clearly no up keep has been happening outside. It would have been nice if all the furniture had been cleaned in anticipation of our arrival. The outdoor grill was awesome though. There is a poorhouse resident on property but he was seldom seen and a very nice young man. Overall great stay! High marks!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior of the home was satisfactory and well stocked. The exterior was a disappointment. All of the outdoor furniture, including the upholstered pieces were dirty, dusty and had bird droppings all over them. My grandchildren were afraid of the swing set as it was covered in spiderwebs and very dirty. The long term tenant in the pool house is very nice but literally 2 feet from you while in the pool - weird and a little unsettling.

Summary: We have five kids under the age of 16 and couldn’t have had a better stay! The pool was wonderful. The kids game room upstairs was such an unexpected treat. The kitchen comes equipped with everything as well as a really good grill outside. Again, just a wonderful place!
