Summary: Booking, check-in, & communication couldn't have been easier. Parking was ample; there were 3 SUVs in the group, & there was still plenty of room left for another vehicle in the driveway. The home was spacious, spotless, & had everything we could ever need. The location is perfect; we were never more than 20 minutes away from any of our activities & found a few wonderful local eating establishments. Check-out was a breeze, & the host was prompt & gracious responding to any & all questions we had. We shall definitely be staying here again.

Summary: We wanted somewhere that would be family & dog friendly, and close to Starved Rock-this was perfect for us!The house is located in an older neighborhood, but owners did a great job renovating the house. Very clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities.

Summary: We wanted a place to stay near the state parks and this house for the bill! Not much to do nearby, but Utica and parks are an easy 15 minute drive. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed for the night's stay. Owners were very accommodating and great with communication.

Summary: We had a great time staying here this weekend! The pictures are exactly what you’ll see in person. The home is very spacious and well stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. I was very happy with the location and how close it was located to Starved Rock State Park. I will definitely be back!

Summary: Perfect location to explore local state parks. Lots of room for my family of 9, we did need to purchase a few extra towels and brought a few more chairs so we could all sit around the tablet for Thanksgiving. Good overall.

Summary: We rented this house for our son's wedding At Starved Rock. The house is very clean and has everything you will need for your stay. It is pet friendly and we had planned on bring our dogs, but plans changed, and we did not. The host was gracious enough to refund our pet deposit. We had younger kids with us, and they enjoyed all the games and toys. Upon arrival I was scared when I saw the outside of the property. The garbage was overflowing in the driveway (next to the kitchen) and smelled bad outside, and that smell had permeated into the kitchen. Good thing I brought Air Spray. The weeds were taller than me and that is saying something. Once we got inside, we were pleasantly surprised! It is a very nice house, and we would recommend it!
