Summary: Carol's home in Mesa was one of the nicest VRBO's I have stayed in. Our group was three families of a travel fastpitch team and we were in town for a weekend tournament in Scottsdale. The booking process was easy, and Carol's communication was excellent. When we arrived, check in was a breeze. Carol communicated our access, where exterior lighting was located and specific instructions about the pool. The home itself was immaculate: incredibly clean, well decorated, plenty of comfortable seating in the living spaces (both inside and outside), bedrooms were cute and well-decorated, and the bathrooms had more amenities than I would have expected. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, sodas and water in the fridge, condiments in the fridge, and a full array of coffees/teas for the mornings/evenings. The cupboards were stocked with more than enough plates/bowls/cups/mugs/cooking utensils/cooking appliances/etc - we needed absolutely nothing. There were labels on the kitchen cabinet doors that took away the "guessing game" when looking for dishes, flatware, or other kitchen items. Carol had laundry detergent pods/dryer sheets so we could wash the ladies' uniforms and not have to pack dirty clothes on our trips home. There were plenty of towels for the pool and the ladies had a blast in the pool and playing ping-pong in the game room garage. I had a few questions throughout the weekend and Carol was quick to respond and help us with our questions. All in all, this destination is a tip-top VRBO and if we are staying in the Phoenix area again, we will most definitely contact Carol about this property again. I really can't recommend this property enough. Carol is the best!

Summary: I have rented some million dollar properties all over the world (Cabo, Cancun, Aruba, DR, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Scottsdale, etc) and of every single one: this one was by far the BEST one yet. I judge VRBOs by a few things but most importantly is: on the off chance I forgot something, did this host think of it or even things *I* didnt think of. The answer is YES. This house is set on a residential street with plenty of parking in the driveway and street, the interior design is STUNNING but not in a "I'm afraid to touch anything" type of way. It was cozy, homey, yet gorgeous too. Every cabinet & drawer is labeled. All the small appliances and cooking utensils match! They are kitchenaid in the Tiffany Blue color (MY FAVORITE COLOR!). She also has an entire pantry cabinet that is empty and available for her guests to put their things. There was a 3 tier stand of snacks waiting, the fridge was stocked with a case of water & 5 diff types of sodas, even condiments and salad dressings! The coffee area had creamers, sugars, herbal tea bags, kcups, stirrers, etc. The keurig coffee maker had the ability to do pods (she provided) or make a whole pot (she also provided the grounds for that too!) She even had instant coffee if you prefer that. Oh and the electric kettle was a nice touch - side note: Its now on my Christmas list! She even supplied paper products and plastic utensils and solo cups. The pool was heated by the time we arrived to a very warm 85*. She has beach towels for the pool and games as well in case you plan to be outside. The backyard had several fruit trees that we were able to pick and enjoy fresh fruit as well. We didnt use the grill but I believe it was a Weber - she supplies all the grill accessories too. She even provides Clorox wipes, dishwasher pods, dryer sheets, washing machine detergent, shampoo, condition, body wash, hand soaps etc. LITERALLY EVERYTHING! She has netflix and streaming services set up for guests as well! The bunk beds in the 2 bedrooms did fit adults just fine with the exception of the top bunk in the one room bc it was so close to the light fixture, its best for a kid. the bedding, pillows, throw pillows, blankets, etc all matched and were comfy & cozy. Every room also comes with at least 2 multi plug outlets on the nightstands where you can plug in normal plugs or just use your usb. Enough for several in each one. No shortage of outlets! We had Friendsgiving with 16 people and there was plenty of room!

Summary: I frequently rent VRBO properties and in terms of what is provided in the house, this home is far and away the best we've experienced. The home had all the baseline expectations but we were surprised by the generous supplies of coffee and tea, pool towels, soda and condiments in the fridge, plenty of bath towels and toiletries, and enough laundry and dish washing detergent for our group. These might seem like small things but made a really big difference in our stay! Carol was very helpful and responsive throughout and we will definitely stay at this home if we come to the area again. One of the better VRBO's we've had!
