Summary: I was rather disappointed in this property. The location was fine with easy access to the subway. There was ample room for the 3 of us and it was clean, but sadly the place was in need of refurbishment. Paint was chipping all over the walls, giving it a very shabby appearance. The toilet seat was not well attached in one of the bathrooms. The faucet in the main shower almost fell off. The kitchen was only minimally equipped with pots and pans. There wasn't even a cookie sheet to reheat pizza. The ice maker on the refrigerator wasn't even hooked up. We all felt it was definitely in need of an update.

Summary: From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. It is an older property, but does not lack in cleanliness and all appliances and bathrooms were in perfect order. We cooked many meals in the large kitchen and a large group of 7 people slept comfortably and felt right at home here. The neighborhood is vibrant with coffee shops, grocery stores and easy access to subway with kind neighbors and easy parking on this residential street. Hope we can stay there again!
