You will fall in love watching the sun rise off the back deck as you can see for miles! With no neighbors within 1 mile you can enjoy the peace and quiet of country living. Decompress in the hot tub with friends or enjoy the air tub in the master bathroom during your stay! With over 4,400 finished square feet on the main floor and basement, you and your guests can spread out and enjoy the many different games at your fingertips including: a pool table, a foosball table, various board games and a poker table! The wet bar downstairs makes it very convenient to grab a beverage or just hang out! Everything in the house from the beds, furniture, bedding, dishes…etc was bought new in November of 2021. We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy the property as much as we do!!

Summary: We had a family group in Hays for FHSU graduation. This place was perfect! Beautiful location, private, not too far from town and everything the listing said it would be. Great, fun, comfortable home with everything you need plus! There's the sweetest cat that lives outside and fish to feed in one of the ponds. No neighbors for a mile in any direction with nice views of the countryside. The icing on the cake is that the hosts are just the best! Thank you! We will be back!

Summary: We had a large family gathering over Christmas. Country living and so serene. Great sunrises overlooking (3) ponds. There was a nice deck so family could spread out. The rooms were spacious and plenty of room for suitcases with dressers and closets to unpack. The kitchen was great, with lots of counter space, ample kitchen appliances and dishware. The Hosts had thought of everything and even supplied some coffee and breakfast snacks. The adult kids hung out downstairs where the TV, pool table, and foosball table were. There is a walkout to the hot tub and towels are supplied. If you are wanting to go into town it's a short 10 to 15 minute drive. Plenty of eating places, and grocery stores. We even went to the recreation center a couple of days to play basketball and workout. There is plenty of room on this property for any activity any time of year. We had such a wonderful time. Thank you Adam and MJ for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous Kansas home.

Summary: Overall this was a great stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool table and Foosball table were a hit with teen boys. We really weren't there a lot as we were at a basketball tournament 90% of the time.

Summary: Enjoy a peaceful weekend with family, enjoyed the privacy of the house the views from the deck, watching the cows , rabbits and birds . Sitting in the hot tub and playing games inside and outside.

Summary: Very nice. Only thing we would love is a handrail getting to the basement for older guests. The rest is great and perfect place for us. We will be back.

Summary: My sisters and our daughters get together annually for a Girls Weekend. This home is amazing! So much room for all of us! We are so glad the weather was nice enough to sit out on the deck and enjoy the afternoon. The hot tub was enjoyed by all! This is by far the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. And they don't spare any expense to make your stay A+. Thank you so much!!!!

Summary: Our Ohio and Denver family members met here for our first full gathering since COVID. There was plenty of room to spread out when needed plus activities to enjoy together. It was well equipped and close enough to town to pick up anything else we needed.
