The apartment is spacious, bright and very comfortable.
There are three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large terrace from where to enjoy the sea view.
It can accommodate six people and each couple will have their own room.
There are two rooms with twin beds and a room with a double bed.
On request I can add a cot.
The large living room has a dining table and chairs, a couch, dresser with everything you need to set the table and the TV.
The living room is connected to the kitchen with an opening serving hatch.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook there is also an electric oven, a toaster and a kettle.
There are two bathrooms, the larger one with shower and washing machine, the smaller one with a bathtub, both have a window to the outside.
From the balcony and the large terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea. You can dine outdoors, there are table and chairs. If you want on the terrace, you can relax on the sun loungers.
The house is equipped with electric stoves for heating in winter and fans in the summer months. There isn't central heating
I offer a free wi-fi, is not very powerful but it is enough for a normal Internet browsing.
I provide a garage for the car, it is next the apartment and is suitable for a medium sized car. If the garage is too small for your car or do not want to use it, the residence where the apartment has free parking, the area is protected by a gate

Summary: Great villa in a gated community. Walking distance to the beach, market, and shopping. Location was great for driving to explore along the coast. Our host was attentive and accommodating. We highly recommend!

Summary: We could not have enjoyed our stay more. Our hostess was excellent, the apartment perfect, and the location ideal. The home is well-equipped with everything one needs. The view from the patio is just stupendous! Parking, like parking everywhere here, is a minor issue but pales in comparison to this wonderful villa. WOW!!!!

Summary: The appartement is really, nice ,close to Catania(, half an hour from the airport) , 5 minutes walking from the little beach of Acci trezza, a liitle and charming sicilian village . You can get easily to Taormina, Syracuse , and to visit the Etna . The appartement is comfortable ,calm and with a lovely terrase and vue to the mediterranean sea. Clelia an excellent host ...always taking care of us . We enjoyed very much our hollydays .

Summary: Very clean, beautiful property, pictures of apartment were as listed. Would stay here again. Clelia is the perfect host! She had a beautiful fresh bowl of fruit and water for us upon arrival and brought us fresh pastries the morning we left. So amazing! Looking forward to returning again. Summary: Clelia was very helpful, all our questions were answered quickly and advice given. Superb service. The apartment is set on a steep hill with good views and is between Aci Trezza and Aci Castello both great for restaurants. Very well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated. The two main bedrooms had good A/C. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The terrace is the highlight with a pleasant view of the sea and much needed shading. Sicily is busy with cars and parking and moving everywhere tight. The Jeep we were given by the hire company was not easy to park.

Summary: We had a very comfortable stay here. The apartment was lovely and clean, spacious and in a good quiet location. It was well equipped and tastefully furnished. The view from the balcony was wonderful! The owner Cleilia was most helpful and informative, both prior to our stay & during it. It was very kind of her to leave us some provisions for breakfast for the following day. We had an enjoyable holiday in Sicily with our two boys & managed to visit many interesting places and attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Summary: The appartment was really well appointed and stocked. We were given the most friendly welcome complete with still warm arancini for our supper and everything ready for breakfast the next day. And when I had severe tooth ache Clelia met us and went to the dentist with me and translated. Her kindness and hospitality were both outstanding and exceptional. Would highly recommend.
