Summary: Lovely and comfortable apartment in Athol, Massachusetts. Extremely easy to communicate with owner. Cozy bedrooms. Heat worked beautifully. Keurig coffee a plus! My husband and I both have some mobility issues but we did ok. Definitely would not recommend for anyone that can not do stairs.

Summary: When we first arrived, I was not impressed with the property. The outside does not look like the picture on VRBO. However, when we went into the apartment we rented, we found it very comfortable, nicely decorated, and generally lovely--it's an apartment I would be comfortable actually living in. It needs a few paint touch-ups here and there, but overall, we enjoyed our stay, there. Also, the mattresses on the beds are very comfortable and I slept well. The building is old, but for me, that was very special as it reminded me of where I lived when I was a child many years ago. I would definitely rent that apartment again if I were going to be in that area.
