Summary: Family from 3 different states joined us here in Illinois for Christmas. The house was just right for our group. Downstairs there was plenty of room for games and tv watching. Snacks and drinks were at hand. The extra room behind the garage was perfect for our Christmas dinner, plenty of room as another set of in laws joined us. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and nicely decorated. A lovely surprise for us was the Christmas tree set up in the family room., it added to the charm of the home at this time of year. Veronica responded promptly to a question we had and was in touch with us throughout the stay. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Summary: Our family of 12 simply had a wonderful, tears of joy filled reunion in Aurora at Evergreen House. We were able to seat twelve around the tables together for all our meals and the sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly. The highlight of the house was the downstairs superbly equipped kitchen, open dining area for 12, and a living room/entertainment area with a sectional sofa, game/card table and the largest flat screen TV we've ever seen. This large three area open space was the center of our family gatherings and thoroughly enjoyed by all! Veronica was a joy to work with and the family is already talking about returning next year! It was a wonderful family time.
