Summary: Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The house could have been a bit cleaner and better maintained. Major complaint is that AC was inoperative for 3 days of our 6 day stay. On the positive side, the house was very spacious and having 3 baths was a big plus.

Summary: The house is clean and has lots of space. More than enough for our family of 4. 3 Bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Two of the bedrooms upstairs are very large. There is another bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The kitchen has lots of room and all of the dishes, utensils, etc. that one would normally use. Appliances are all very nice. There is also a basement that we didn't use, but it adds even more living space. There is a TV and laundry room and bathroom down there too. There is a large side yard and small backyard. The brick patio in the front of the house is very nice. The owners were fantastic to work with. They were very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. The neighborhood was generally quiet, but on Saturday night we did have an issue with extremely loud music for several hours from the neighbor across the street. It was probably a one-time issue, but something that we encountered that blemished an otherwise great stay.

Summary: The home is beautiful, spacious and was perfect for a nice place for my family to come and enjoy my birthday. The pictures dont do the home justice in terms of how large it is. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, the basement is a great area for relaxing, playing games. We had a beautiful dinner and really had the best time. The host was extremely prompt, responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Looking forward to renting this home again!!!

Summary: Suelayne and Tony were absolutely the best. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. They were always courteous and personable. Would recommend the stay whenever. Will definitely keep them in mind if visiting New York again.
