Stay at our Columbia Sanctuary! A private entrance brings you into our lovely two bedroom apartment located on the 1st level of our home. Included is pravate access to a beautiful family oriented lake for swimming, sun bating, boat launch, peaceful sunsets and more! Located 20-30 minutes from UCONN and ECSU. You will enjoy local parks (one park a half mile from the apartment recently constructed with a new pickle ball & tennis courts) Great local trails and dining!
The space
You will have this equipped suite with it's applianced kitchen (stove, refrigerator, and microwave), stocked with essentials. Your private bathroom, has a full sized tub and shower. Large bedroom boasts a queen size bed with a large walk in closet, and second bedroom sleeps 2 on a futon/full size bed and twin bunk. The living room has a double pull out bed with Wi/Fi/fire stick running Netflix/Youtube and more. On site parking for two cars also available.
