Welcome to Panorama! We named our lakefront house panorama because back in the 1930s when the lots were first created they named ours “Panorama” for the panoramic views it has of Coventry Lake! Not to mention the house is located directly in front of the sandbar, so you are always right in the middle of all the action!
When you walk in the kitchen will greet you with vaulted ceilings and wood beams. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, tile backsplash, and plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware.
The kitchen then opens up to the main living space with two large sliding glass doors looking out to the lake. The couch pulls out to a queen size bed and both loveseats pull out to a twin size bed. We have sheets for these extra beds but please bring blankets and pillows if you plan to use them! There is also an electric fireplace in the living room for those cozy winter days!
A dinning area is nestled in the corner with a circle table large enough to fit 6.
The downstairs bedroom has a twin trundle bed as well as a tv. The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed and lake views.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a large sliding glass door that leads you out to the upper deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail with a panoramic birds eye view of Coventry Lake! Please note there is a window with shutters in the master bedroom that can be unlatched and opened to the vaulted ceiling in the kitchen. Please do not leave unattended young children in this room.
The double sliding glass doors in the living room lead you out to the lower deck, which also provides expansive views of the lake. We have a farmhouse table as well as a high top table and chairs on the lower deck so you will never be without a seat! New outdoor TV on lower deck. The deck leads you to the level grass area where you can play yard games or lay out on one of our loungers.
There are stairs at the sea wall that lead down to our 45 foot long private sandy beach! We have a deck box with sand toys, some beach chairs, floats etc. there is also another table with chairs on our beach as well as a fire pit.
For water toys we have a canoe, paddle board and 2 hydro-bikes for guest use as well as a floating raft to jump off of!
Private parking lot that fits 4 cars comfortably.
10 minutes from UConn. 30 minutes from Hartford, Ct. In between Boston and New York City.
There are security cameras on the exterior of the house.

Summary: We are 6 friends of college who like to get together a few weekends throughout the year. We like to try new places in the water in Connecticut as it’s a midway point between our homes. This cottage on the lake was a perfect retreat for us. It was well equipped and had great views.

Summary: We had a lovely weekend celebrating our son’s graduation from UConn. The Panorama was immaculate with beautiful decor and the most comfortable beds. The view of the lake is stunning. Everything was just perfect. I hope we have a reason to come back one day!

Summary: I had the opportunity to stay here with 5 other adult family members. We all really enjoyed the space, the comfort and lake view. We only wish it was summer so we could take advantage of the beach and water toys. We would definitely consider staying here again if we head that way to visit family again in Connecticut.

Summary: Every part of this was very easy and so pleasant. The commuication from the owner was fantastic and the property worked well for our stituation. We didn't use the lake as it was February and very cold, but the house itself is very clean and well stocked with whatever you may need. Would recommend to anyone.

Summary: This was the perfect spot for a cozy fall getaway. Beds and couches were comfortable, and we loved sitting on the deck with the fire pit looking out over the water. Very clean, lots of amenities, we especially appreciated the well stocked coffee bar with the Nespresso machine. We’re already looking forward to returning for our next girls trip!
