Our cozy ground floor apartment (75 sqm) with underfloor heating and a beautiful terrace is designed for up to 6 people and is located in a quiet side street.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, small appliances), and a large bathroom with shower and spacious bath.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe / cabinet system. The guest room has a pullout sofa bed (about 140 cm x 195 cm), a glass table and new fancy wardrobe and a regular bed (about 90 cm x 195 cm). Here is also the access to the terrace with awning and seating.
In the harmoniously furnished living room with open kitchen is also a large corner sofa with sleep function, as well as a dining table group. On the sideboard is a 32 inch flat screen TV. A wireless network to dial in is available throughout the apartment.
Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment for you. Towels as well as bed linen and "a little surprise" in the fridge are included in the price.
Bus stops and shops are nearby.

Summary: Nothing short of amazing - well equipped, cozy, and perfect for our family. Would book again and will do so when we are back in Nurnberg. Had an amazing time at the Christkindl Markts in Germany, just like in my youth. Thanks to the host for making my memories come alive again…

Summary: Very nice and well kept. Mr. Botschafter, the owner, is a very pleasant person and sees to it that everything is to your satisfaction! We will be staying here on our next visit! I highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We only stayed one night. Overall the apartment is good BUT On thing I can tell is that for a homeowner to be intense on instructions about the property and expectations for a 1 night stay, he needs to first leave key somewhere the renter can find it when arrival so we didn’t have to wait for him to come by, good thing his mother had a spare key and live next to the apartment. Also he need to place clothing washing machine for a fee not as the apartment amenity as he charges to use the washing machine. He needs to worry more about buying real pillows. Those things were not pillows. Also is the first time I was asked to take away all bedding sheets and covers from the beds and placed them at a certain place at the end of my stay. Not common in my 10 years using VRBO

Summary: We were here for an exhibition SPS IPC Drives. Accomodation was nice, about 30 min. from the fair. Bus station is very close - about 3 minutes by walk and it took about 25 min to U-Bahn station, from where you can go to city center. The nearest Italian restaurant is about 5 min by walk, but it´s closed on Monday, the 2nd restaurant is about 15 min. by walk. We have a good experience with the accomodation, we are going back to Slovakia very satisfied.
