Summary: The apartment was clean and spacious right on the Arkansas River the owners were very accommodating and the location was great to visit the State Parks there was a Super Walmart close by and I recommend Fowlers Family Restaurant for a great home cooked meal and many other options the food was terrific for the cost.

Summary: We were in AK for a Bass Fishing Tournament. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view out the back window was really beautiful. There was plenty of parking for a truck and boat trailer.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. We had everything we needed. I appreciated the extra blankets, keurig, and plenty of towels and wash rags. The view out the window and from the balcony is wonderful. Great location too!

Summary: This upstairs garage apartment is perfect for a single or couple's stay! Decor is cute and high quality, the kitchen is well appointed with all the essentials and a few surprises, and the bed and bedding is very comfy! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening shade for dinner. The owner lives right next door in the main house but is fine with as much or little interaction as you desire. You have a private drive and entrance, as the driveway they use is on the other side of the house. I LOVED my 4-day getaway in this quiet neighborhood overlooking the river in the distance. Easy access to Mt Nebo, Petit Jean, Mt Magazine, as well as Dardanelle State Parks.

Summary: My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Property is well equipped and has a beautiful view of the Ar River. Quiet neighborhood and very close to amenities and just a few minutes to Russellville. Hosts were very helpful and it was a joy visiting with them. Would definitely book again.

Summary: From the minute that we entered the cottage we were stunned by its charm! We had a welcome message from our hosts that was such a nice touch. Their attention to detail was very impressive! First off, the cottage was immaculately clean and well decorated and furnished! It was so well appointed that we wanted to just move in. LOL The hosts live nearby so if you had any issues they could respond rather promptly. The cottage has a very open floor plan ,which we love, but yet feels cozy. The bed is so comfortable you can sleep for days and there’s a big overstuffed leather chair in the corner that I could cuddle up with a book in for a year or two!😬 Everything in the cottage looks brand new. The living room furniture is situated great for visiting or relaxing for an evening of watching TV.(includes google tv) The Wi-Fi service worked well and the kitchen had all the conveniences of home. We were pleased to find a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of our favorite coffee‘s ☕️ 😍 The heat on demand hot water heater allows for lengthy showers without ever running out of hot water! Ok, I might have taken a little longer shower than necessary. …. We enjoyed the view out the large picture window facing the Arkansas River. The cottage is conveniently located at the edge of town but I counted at least three Mexican restaurants less than a mile away among other food options. It is located in a great proximity to mount Nebo State Park which has some of the Premier biking trails in the state of Arkansas. There are so many outdoor enthusiast options so near there from hiking, biking, floating, fishing and more! We can’t wait to return and will be sure to book this B&B again!
