This is a quite neighborhood with tons of parking. The house is on a 1/3 acre with a huge backyard to enjoy. The apartment has a separate entrance from the main house with access to the beautiful screened in porch and patio with BBQ for your use! Please note that there are stairs to get to the space. There is a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the apartment. We have two small dogs who are very friendly. Livingston is a wonderful little fishing and mountain town with lots to do! Downtown is a 5 min drive, cab ride, or 30 min walk.

Summary: My son and I stayed at Danielle's place for one night. It was just as described in the listing....very clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed. It's minutes from the downtown area and was a great place for us to base out of. We were actually planning to stay two nights, but unfortunately had to cut our trip short. When we informed Danielle later on the 2nd day to let her know, she offered us an $85.00 refund. I was shocked... How thoughtful and unexpected. Thank you again. Danielle.
