Very nice location, near shopping, gas bar, restaurantโ€™s and 6 blocks from Lakeshore Drive. Includes washer dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, keurig coffee machine, towels, wireless wifi. Non smoking, small supervised dogs considered. Fee of 30 dollars extra per night. It is a fenced back yard. Maximum 4 guests without prior permission. Quiet time is 11:00 pm. Neighbourhood must be respected.

Summary: Glad we stayed, between the back yard and the house itself, we were able to have family from red deer and Edmonton all over to visit comfortably for a supper and sโ€™mores dessert much better than a hotel room

Summary: This house was a perfect fit for our family of six adults. The location to the beach and the strip where all of the restaurants and shops are was only a short 2 or 3 minute drive. The back yard had a nice sitting area with a propane fire pit, a wood firepit and the hot tub was wonderful to sit and relax in the evenings. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook with. Charlene was kind and quick to reply to messages and was able to assist us as needed. I would not hesitate to book here again the next time we travel to Sylvan Lake.

Summary: The host was so friendly and accommodating. Everything we needed was provided and the property itself was lovely. Two fire places and a hot tub made for great relaxing nights. Great location. Property was clean and slept everyone comfortably.

Summary: The host did not provide the wifi password or reply when asked. The hot tub was very dirty we couldnโ€™t go in it. The host was very nice and accommodating for an early check in which we appreciated.

Summary: Donโ€™t let the other reviews fool you, this property was great. Access to two outdoor fireplaces, hot tub, spacious bedrooms. Modern appliances and furniture. Quiet neighborhoods only 1 minute from places like Boston Pizza, Walmart and other fast food locations. Not quite walking distance to the beach, but a 3 min car trip or better if you have bikes. Owner was very accommodating. Would recommend.

Summary: The house suited our needs in terms of sleeping and bathroom space. The hot tub did not look clean so we only used it once and decided we didnโ€™t want to again. We were only given 1 roll of bathroom paper in each bathroom and we ran out and asked for more but the owner wasnโ€™t home. House was VERY hot and even after opening windows had a hard time sleeping. Was told there were fans in each room but only found 1 so would have been nice to have 2 more.
