Complex has pools, 2 spa/jacuzzi, 4 tennis courts, ping pong and pool table. The complex has a fully stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. Dining table seats 12 people. Unit also provides 4 boogie boards, 8 beach towels, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrella, and many other beach stuff. There is two assigned parking space in the secured garage parking. Cedro district, Del Mar Race Track, Fletcher Cove and Dog Beach are all walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurant around the area that are all walking distance

Summary: This condo has the perfect location for accessibility to the beach, restaurants within walking distance, and access to a pool that is clean, uncrowded, and very pleasant. Our grandchildren, son and his wife, and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable week. Check-in and check-out was very streamlined, with keyless entry, and Mimi responded instantly to questions. Beds are comfortable, condo is in a quiet location. It is well-stocked with beach toys and wagon, lifejackets for the kids, games, etc. Kids loved the foosball table! Thank you, Mimi, for providing us with priceless memories of our stay near San Diego.

Summary: Great place…Host was quick to respond in replacing coffee maker after failure. Access to beach was awesome. Very clean bathrooms throughout the house. Highly recommend this place.

Summary: Host was very accommodating, the place had lots of beds and could handle a lot of guests. The association has a nice view of the ocean with stairs down to the beach. Not a lot of natural light in the condo, but fortunately there is good lighting in each room. Lots of beach equipment, toys, games, etc. Fun stay!

Summary: The complex is in a great location with easy access to the beautiful, uncrowded beach, restaurants, Highway 101 etc. It's an easy drive to Safari Park, Botanical Garden, Zoo, Torrey Pines. We got detailed instructions from Mimi, who was kind enough to be available in case of problems or questions. We had no problems! We enjoyed the swimming pool too and had something interesting to do every day.

Summary: This property was amazing! I was glad when Mimi told us that the condo was fully stocked. Believe me, this condo is truly FULLY stocked! We had so much fun boogie boarding at the beach, lounging in the chairs, using the umbrellas, and (most of all) playing tennis with the provided tennis rackets and balls. There is also a big variety of games, puzzles and books if you need some downtime inside. The set up was perfect for our group (teens had their own space upstairs, adults enjoyed the 2 king beds downstairs). The kitchen was also fully stocked, we had everything we needed to cook. The condo was also as clean as a whistle when we arrived. I would definitely book this property again and would highly recommend!
