Don't miss a Pacific Ocean sunset from our oceanfront location! Just bring your luggage and groceries to this turn-key, ready-to-enjoy condo!
This is not a typical rental as it is also our family's second home so it is kept very clean, comfortable and constantly upgraded (like a 5-star hotel). Come relax and enjoy our home on the beach. Our condo has a direct, oceanfront location and spectacular views can be seen from the living room and master bedroom. Everything is new from our recent remodel - appliances, furniture, 55" Roku TV with DVD. It is conveniently located with parking just steps away. This is a ground floor, one story unit so it is very user friendly with no stairs. The condo offers free high-speed internet and also has a rare second patio to enjoy the sun or BBQ.
Our complex is the Solana Beach and Tennis Club which has direct beach access so you do not need to pack the car! On the property you will find a pool, two spa's, and two clubhouses complete with table tennis and billiards. We are located on the border of Solana Beach and Del Mar so the activities are endless. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Downtown Del Mar, the racetrack, and the Cedros Shopping District are just minutes away and Sea World, Legoland, La Jolla and the famous Torrey Pines Golf Course (site of the 2021 U.S. Open) are a short drive. Amtrak depot is just three blocks away where you can take the train to downtown San Diego for dinner! Come enjoy a sunset soon with your family!

Summary: We absolutely loved this place! It was easy to get to, very clean, had everything we needed and more, and had an amazing view. One morning we saw dolphins from our deck. We had a lot of things planned for our vacation, but found ourselves spending more time than we thought we would at the condo. Matt was terrific. Great and prompt communication if and when needed. Definitely got his place bookmarked!

Summary: My family loved the location, the condo set up, the view, the washer/dryer! Great parking spot(s!). We didn't use the pool--weather was good enough for beach fun--but the condo was just great! Starter keurig cups, some condiments, well appointed kitchen. Owner met us and was very responsive to any communications.

Summary: Everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. So much to do in the area, we really enjoyed it. Owner is easy to communicate with, very responsive. The only downside to this condo is that it is not completely user friendly for elderly with mobility isues. There are a few steps from parking garage, the 2nd shower has a ledge to step over and the couches are pretty low. We worked around all of these issues with my mom and would still pick this condo!

Summary: We absolutely loved our time at this Solana Beach condo! It is an excellent location for anything you may want to do in greater San Diego - and also excellent for just relaxing at this home, walking on the beach and visiting nearby shops, cafes and restaurants. It is wonderfully appointed, right down to a nice set of sharp knives (which is often not the case in rental properties!) Everything was accurately described and super clean. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property and its owner/hosts.

Summary: Stayed here with my mother and daughter for Thanksgiving and it was just perfect! Matt was so kind, gracious and helpful to my mom who needed to do the check-in by herself. She had a problem with the remote batteries, and Matt was there to help her. Can't say enough great things; the view, the fully stocked kitchen, nice beachy feel of the layout and perfect location. Totally recommend this condo!
