Positive: The bungalow was laid out well for our family of 2 children,2 Parents and 2 Grandparents. The facilities enabled a relaxed time for all.The kitchen diner was well equipped and used for our breakfast and evening meals. The games room was a real family time enhancer. Some family dvd's also aided our social time.

Positive: Literally the best undercover gem in Wales and booking.com with over 200 stays in the past 2 years on booking.com we have taken time to reflect on good and bad experiences and nothing will ever top this property stunning location beautiful grounds games room modern appliances literally everything no photo could ever do it justice the property is huge

Positive: Plenty of room. All the facilities including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Pool table was an added bonus! Two en suite bathrooms plus a separate bathroom were great to have. We picked up the coast path near the accommodation and walked to Llansteffan. I grew up there, so already knew how beautiful it is. We also made a train trip to the pretty seaside town of Tenby. On a separate trip, we travelled to Manobier and walked the coast path to Tenby, which was lovely.

Positive: The size of the place was just phenomenal. Decorated wonderfully, comfortable beds. Kids loved the games room. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits waiting for us on arrival, and every effort was made to get us in early as traffic was on our side. Carmarthen is really close, and we used the cottage as a base for Porthcawl, Tenby, Kidwelly, Laugharne, Burry Port and Saundersfoot, all within one hour's drive.
Negative: Really, everything was perfect. If I had to be picky, TVs in the bedrooms would be beneficial and the estuary view is a little ambitious when the leaves are on the trees but in all fairness we weren't there for the views.
