Summary: We were a group of 6 consisting of three adults two kids under 12 and teenager. The place was perfect and very spacious and had everything we needed in fact it was home away from home. The kids really enjoy swimming in the pool and on rainy days having the TV with nextflix to watch. The property is situated in a lovely quiet area with friendly neighbours and few minutes drive to the beach and local eatery. On cool days we walked up the petrol station which is about 15 minutes away. The property is very easy located and very easy to get around the island. The large room had air con however 2 of the rooms did not and did get very hot but we're helped by the fans provided. We would like to thank you for a lovely stay we will be back and hope the place is available when we return.

Summary: We was met by Jason when we arrived such a nice guy, he showed us around and told us if we needed anything to contact him. The place itself was beautiful and clean!! Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a wonderful time. The only thing I would just advise on if your not driving is that it’s about a 10- 15 min walk to catch a bus. But other then that I highly recommend Glenda’s place.

Summary: Property is in a nice neighbourhood, clean but needs some TLC, furniture needs to be replaced or recovered as worn out, suspect owner is selling so not bothered about upkeep Pool makes the property Heavy rain during stay, woke with water in front bedroom which we mopped up, obviously beyond owners control, but needs attention going forward Met by Maureen lovely lady, responsive to calls, very helpful and informative Did ask the owner for a late checkout after checking to ensure there were no bookings behind us, was very surprised to be refused, been coming to Barbados for years this is ONLY time request was denied, owner stated property had to be cleaned ready for next guest, take note if you have a late flight We rented a car, which is a must for this property, we enjoyed a day on a catamaran cruise, shopping at Limegrove , at the Chattel houses and Bridgetown, favourite beach was Thunder Bay just pass Mullins, Nightlife in Oistins , then The Gap in the South Coast, first street in Holetown, tried lots of street food at the many places throughout Island Whole party enjoyed our time away, will be back next year, but would not book this property again

Summary: Villa is in a nice quiet location, but car is a must if you are a beach lover like us it’s definitely not a walking distance. Maureen and Jason were very welcoming and helpful. Villa is very spacious and have all you need. Definitely would like to come again!!!

Summary: The house and the pool area were great - also the property managers, Maureen and Jason, were lovely and very helpful. I didn't give 5 stars for location as it's not really easy to walk anywhere (you definitely need a car); however, we were aware of this when booking, and it's really only a couple of minutes in the car to some gorgeous beaches and all the fun, culture and spirit of Speightstown. The neighbours were lovely and very friendly. If I had one point of feedback it would be that there wasn't ample outdoor furniture for the number of people that the property can accommodate, however we were told that this was on order so may not be an issue for long. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: My wife and I had a week in this house in Jan 2022. Slightly wasted on the just the 2 of us as there are 4 bedrooms (!), but we enjoyed the space and it was a very easy house to manage. An extremely comfortable, airy, open house with a good sized swimming pool. Unlike many holiday rentals, this one is clearly used often by the owners themselves as it was well kitted out with everything you'd need, and lots of it. It's an easy 5 minute drive up the hill from Speightstown into a quiet, residential neighbourhood. A car is definitely required (I suppose one could use taxi's), but there is off-street parking behind the gates. We loved being a relaxed, comfortable environment a little way from the bustle of the West Coast hotspots. All of these were within an easy drive, and it suited us perfectly to pick which beach/restaurant to go to as it suited us. The booking process and liaising with the owner and agent was easy and efficient. And both fully appreciated that we wanted to enjoy and peaceful and private holiday without interruption. Apart from the pool-cleaner with his scheduled weekly maintenance visit, we were left undisturbed (nothing more annoying than hosts who invent silly reasons to visit daily in order to check up on proceedings!). And on the one occassion we needed to call with a query, the response was quick and efficient. When we return to Barbados, with or without family/friends in tow, we will look no further. It will certainly accommodate 8 people easily. Highly recommended.

Summary: We had a very good experience, enjoying good facilities, space, swimming pool and comfort. To get even higher rating we would suggest deep clean to kitchen utensils, under beds. Repair main bedroom bed slats which came apart first day. Extra outside furniture, namely table and white chairs. Handover by staff to advise on location of linen and towels, we found them on day 2. Overall good, we would return, just trying to provide a few comments.

Summary: Highly recommend this house... It was perfect for us. 4 adults & 1 10year old.... the house was everything & more... location is great - once you locate it .. wash machine was a bonus but did have a musty smell, propane BBQUE was nice to have (well used) microwave is noisy but heats fast! has a blender for fruit smoothies!! we never used the dishwasher... lots of towels, no face cloths, no blankets, bedding was sparse & was weird not having a door on the master bathroom.. We rented a van to travel the island & visit on our own schedule. we used the pool every morning and then travelled in the AC van to local attractions. 2pm feed at the wildlife reserve. breakfast at Jumas overlooking the beach, evening suppers at Fishermans. we found groceries to be very expensive, Must do is ride the yellow bus from Speightstown to Holetown. & plan to spend Friday afternoon at Miami beach then supper in Oistens!! Jason was helpful, knowledgeable & a pleasure to deal with... Glenda you have a beautiful property! We made wonderful memories that added to our love of Barbados
