Positive: The apartment was super spacious and very clean. I also liked its location. It’s central and there’s literally a tram stop right in front of the building.

Negative: The entrance of the building could use a thorough cleaning and it seems that the employees from the Denner market eat their lunch at the building’s entrance and they leave their trash there instead of throwing it away. At the same time, their behaviours were somehow intimidating.

Negative: No washing machine as listed. Had issues with the shower for two days until fixed. Needs more pillows.

Positive: Everything was amazing during our stay, very spacious apartment and rooms, clean, has everything you would need, and close to public transportation. The check in process was easy and the customer support is really something, they also let me check in earlier without any extra fees. I will stay again when I'm in Zurich
