Spacious clean quiet 2 Bdrm 2 Bthrm corner Villa in Palma del Mar. Stunning view of the Boca Ciega Bay. Quick 5 minute drive to St Pete Beach, and a variety of Restaurants and Grocery stores. Beautiful clean well kept pool and lush green grounds.
You will find the condo to be bright and spacious. All rooms are completely furnished. The kitchen is newly renovated and completely equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. A variety of small appliances are available as well. There is a stackable washer dryer in the unit for your convenience. Both bedrooms have extra sheet sets and plenty of towels, for both pool use and shower use. Both Bathrooms have a combination Tub/Shower. You should find all your essentials you will need for a comfortable stay. The balcony is furnished with chairs and a dining table, perfect for meals overlooking the beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. The 2nd Bedroom has a Roku TV available for streaming, you will have to provide your own accounts.

Summary: We have been renting this villa for a few year years. Villa is always very clean, with everything you would need there, just bring your personal items and enjoy. The owners are pleasant to work with and show their concern that everything is working perfectly.

Summary: After 4 years of renting this villa, we are obviously very happy here, almost like coming home. We love the area, having come to Palma DelMar 10 consecutive years and spending many spring breaks in the past here with parents. Everything you need in the home including even beach chairs and beach towels, just bring your own personal things.

Summary: Another great stay in Isla Del Sol. Feels like coming home! EVERYTHING you need for your stay, down to beach/pool towels, beach chairs to hand soaps in bathrooms/kitchen. Immaculate home, big screen TV, Spectrum cable and internet. We were sad to have to leave a week early, due to coronavirus scare, because the weather for the week looked soooo nice.

Summary: Home Away makes it easy to book this home but the owners are always available by phone for any questions. Everything you would need are in the home from dish detergent to lush pool towels to beach chairs. All you need are your personal items. As mentioned the view of Boca Ciega Bay from the balcony is beautiful. We spent many mornings enjoying our coffee there.

Summary: Nice view of the bay from this second floor unit. Listing said there was a king size bed in the master, but it was a queen, just like the other bedroom. Also, no TV in the master. This was kind of disappointing. The kitchen aplpliances seriously need updating as they are very old. The oven only knows one temperature- incineration. No ice maker in the refrigerator, so you’ll have to use the trays or buy bags of ice. These are easy fixes with new appliances. Also, maybe add a Keurig. On the positive side, the owners are great. Excellent communication and the unit is very clean and is stocked with just about everything you will need. The pool area is great. In summary, either add a king bed to the master or change the listing description, update the appliances, put a TV in the master, and I would give this unit an even higher rating.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The view from our living room was very nice and we saw dauphins jumping. It was a very nice walk over the bridge to the Don Ceasar hotel for coffee or a milk shake and the views were beautiful. The condo was a little dated but very clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Summary: This condo lived up to our expectations in almost every way. The view from the patio was gorgeous - looked just like the pictures. We even had a call from the owner the first day arrived to be sure everything was all right. There were a few minor problems - one was that I thought that the washing machine and dryer were located in the unit itself. While they were there they were apartment sized and the dryer really did not dry even a very small load. Also they had some sort of small convection which took us several days to figure out how to use. I would suggest that the owners add some sort of directions as to how to use. Once we figured it out we were ok but a toaster oven might have been better. I would still recommend this rental - it was reasonably priced, the view was great and the whole complex was very nice.
