Summary: We stayed here rather than trying to get multiple hotel rooms in the city. Was perfect for our needs and only 30ish minutes to Times Square. Accommodated 5 of us comfortably.

Summary: We were in town visiting family nearby and this was a conveniently located 3 bedroom place for our family (2 adults + 2 kids). There’s a great park around the corner and a couple of spots to grab breakfast (5 min drive). Tricia was very responsive before and throughout our stay. Would recommend!

Summary: The apartment was nicely renovated, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and it stayed cool in the apt. The neighborhood was quiet and tucked away. I was worried about the commute to American Dream Mall but it was only 15 mins away and traffic was always good. We ate at a very nice diner only a mile away. The views of the NYC skyline wherever you drove in the area were really nice to see. We took an unplanned trip into NYC and rode the bus. The bus stop is only two streets away. The owner was very sweet and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We loved staying at this property - clean, beautiful, and comfortable. There was enough space for a toddler to run around safely, but also would be perfect for a group of adults. We hope to stay here the next time we're in the Garfield area!
