Summary: The cleanliness of the property was nice. But the tenant that lives in the basement was cooking fish and the whole house smelled like seafood. We also weren’t made aware until day of that the air conditioner wouldn’t go below 70 or it would freeze and shut off. There was also blaring music until about 2 am on the last night we were there. It was fine just usually had better experiences with VRBO.
