Welcome to our spacious condo with a community outdoor heated POOL now OPEN. Take a short walk, or golf cart ride (included in rental May through October) to a PRIVATE sandy lake Michigan beach area, or spend a day exploring neighboring tourist spots in St. Joseph/South Haven only a short drive away.
Our lovely 2100 square feet condo unit located on the second floor of a multi-unit lodge building that's surrounded by a peaceful wooded area. To get inside, you'll go up a few steps to our private entrance on the North side of the building that leads to a porch. Once inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that's perfect for cooking your favorite meals, as well as a cozy dining nook where you can enjoy them.
Our condo comes with a designated parking space right across from the entry stairs, and additional unassigned parking is available on the south side. (Please note that personal watercraft, motorized sport vehicles, campers, or trailers are not permitted on the property.)
Inside, the spacious living and dining areas offer a welcoming place to unwind. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 10, with two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, and a twin bunk bed—perfect for families or groups of friends. With two bathrooms fully stocked with towels and linens, everyone will feel right at home.
Year-Round Comforts
We provide all the essential amenities, including internet, heating, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Two big-screen TVs are available for streaming via Xfinity FLEX (no cable).

Safety, House Rules, and Community Pool
Your safety is our top priority. The condo is equipped with smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers. To ensure a peaceful environment, we require guests to be at least 25 years old and to respect our quiet hours from 11 pm to 8:30 am. Due to family allergies, **smoking and pets are strictly prohibited**.
During your stay, you’ll have full access to the condo (with a few locked cabinets for personal items). The fenced community pool, located in the backyard, is typically open from late June through early September, subject to weather and maintenance. Summary: We are 4 ladies who have been friends since college, and we’re looking for a weekend getaway. This house was very spacious and we enjoyed taking the golf cart down the frighteningly steep path to the beach. Had great Italian food nearby, visited South Haven and St Joseph’s, watched the Packers on TV. Small improvements would be better lighting in bedrooms and mirrors in all.

Summary: The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, you could see Lake Michigan from the windows, there was a private beach and a nice pool. The layout was also nice, as it has two separate indoor areas with tables, one near the kitchen and one by the sofa/TV, so you didn't all have to be in the same room together all the time. Also, we had a toddler with us who (her parents tell us) woke up at night & was noisy; but we didn't notice it at all. Two of the BR had lots of extra floor space for the Pack & Play. Due to the steepness of the bluff, I strongly recommend doing the deposit for the golf cart. There was plenty of parking (we had 3 cars altogether), and an EV charging station 6 minutes away. It's convenient to both Coloma and St. Joseph (& probably South Haven but we didn't go that way). The owner has labeled practically everything, which really helped, in the kitchen especially. Consensus was it's worth a repeat.

Summary: Sameena was clear about expectations and provided almost 100% of the details you would need ahead of time. I couldn't expect much more. The only items that would be useful to know that I didn't notice in the listing are some better details about accessibility - there is a flight of stairs to enter and exit the condo. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, but it was more than we were expecting for my mother in law. It is also unclear once there which golf cart is owned by Sameena. I had to lift the cover and try the key to confirm. Otherwise, it was a perfect extended weekend destination!

Summary: We had a mixed generational group stay in this large, clean and comfortable condo. The gulf cart access to the beach made access very easy. Beach and water were phenomenal. The pool was not in service while we were there, but given the warm weather this was not a problem as the beach was so wonderful for all ages.

Summary: The BEST place we have ever stayed on vacation! It was comfortable & easily accommodated all 10 of us in the family room & dining room table. It also had everything we needed to get started. Loved the private beach & the golf cart made the beach even more accessible with small children & all our beach necessities! I cannot say enough about how amazing & wonderful our stay was. So much to do in very close proximity as well. Many thanks to our hosts!

Summary: This VRBO had great sleeping arrangements. We had multiple couples staying here for a wedding weekend. The sleeping arrangements were nice and comfortable. The view from the cottage was beautiful and the cottage was clean. The amenities were great! We had everything we needed.

Summary: The place was awesome! It was super clean and way bigger than the pictures made it seem. It had a lot of kitchen supplies in the kitchen and everything was nicely labeled. The pool was great and perfect temperature. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad and the beach area was super nice and secluded! Not overcrowded at all. Water was clean. The location of the vrbo was also close to a lot of things in the area (i.e., a lot of places to go that were 10 minute or less). Owner was very responsive and helpful before/during our stay. I would definitely recommend to friends/family and even go back again myself! 10/10!!

Summary: Our family had such a wonderful time. The Condo is so pretty. The owner is so accommodating. We also enjoyed the private beach. It is a little difficult to get to without golf cart. Hopefully there will be one to use next year. We love this place and plan to be back next year
