Positive: This clean , spacious accommodation was perfect for our stay in Jamaica . Every facility is provided although hot water failed the last two days of our stay. There is a nightclub in close proximity to the address so would not suit those looking for a peaceful location . No problem for us
Negative: Would suggest placing a second bedside cabinet in the largest bedroom .

Positive: It was very convenient to everywhere with a subway etc easily accessible. It was very safe as a gated community. The WiFi was great as was the streaming services. It was quiet and relaxing. The bathroom shower was great with lots of hot water as was the ground floor kitchen sink water. Communication was quick and easy with Karen. I would stay again but the stay was marred by all the things listed below. Cost was reasonable.
Negative: After seeing images I realised that there was a washing machine. However, it was locked away and I was not made aware of where it was or a key to access it. Many light bulbs were missing throughout the property. There was not a coffee making facility. There was not an electric kettle. The toilet seats were all loose. The bathroom toiletries were half used and obviously left by previous occupants and should have been new and unused. There was only one towel in the bathroom and only one kitchen towel for wiping dishes. The fan in the front lounge was hanging by wires from the ceiling. The front lounge coffee table had not been cleaned properly. There is an additional charge made I did not know about of $50.00 and in light of the absence of things mentioned above and the overall dustiness I think should not have been charged. The was basin in the 1st floor bathroom was not able to provide any hot water. The Louvre’s in some rooms could not be opened. The rear of the property was not suitable for outside dining. There were very few coat hangers so I had to borrow some.

Positive: I love the hospitality that I received from Mara anything that I needed any questions she always answered she made us feel very comfortable and safe the place was clean their internet was strong they had everything to my comfort the neighborhood is very quiet the people out there are very friendly it has a plaza where that you can walk to if you need the pharmacy and a Subway to eat it's close to the Entertainment District if you like to go out there's a washer machine inside works very well I would stay there again I give this please a 10 star and can't wait to book again with them thank you very much Mara and Karen
