Summary: The Buford House is a very roomy place to stay for a larger group and has a very large dining table. A few suggestions for some minor improvements: All the interior doors could use some oil to reduce creaking and some large bowls for the kitchen. Since the dining table is fit for a large group a larger refrigerator would be helpful. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay- within walking distance to beautiful downtown Gettysburg. It was very handy to have smart TVs in every bedroom.

Summary: We enjoyed the house and liked that we could easily walk to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed Gettysburg for the holidays!

Summary: The property was clean and comfortably accommodated 8 adults. The location made it easy to walk to downtown locations. The house was exactly as advertised and it was easy to communicate with the property owner. All of this would lead us to stay there again.

Summary: My family had a great Labor Day weekend in this house. Communication was great and timely. The only downside to the house for families is the small freezer and fridge. Luckily, we had enough coolers. If families are going to stay longer than 3 nights, I'd make sure they're prepared to figure out a work around. Also, while it is a functional kitchen, there are little things that were not available in the kitchen, one thing that I noticed was no vegetable peeler. The coffee pot is a regular 8 cup pot, not requiring K-Cups. All of the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors with a door separating the second from the first floor at the top of the steps (great for those with kiddos). I would definitely recommend this house!
