Summary: This property was larger than expected, and super clean. It was by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The beds are comfortable. The living room and dining room area are very spacious. The location is perfect. We walked pretty much everywhere, except for our tour of the battlefields. There are lots of shops and great dining options all within walking distance. The owner has a binder full of options/suggestions for eating and touring. This was so helpful because we always want to know the locations the locals frequent. We tried many of the suggestions and all were fabulous! This will be our first option when we come back to the area!

Summary: this property is everything and MORE. absolutely stunning property. the location couldn’t be any better for all things Gettysburg. The only issue we had was the front door is exceptionally old and difficult to lock. we are planning on coming back and staying again in Spring. love love love would not recommend for small kids as some of the furniture is antique.

Summary: It was exciting to stay at the Stahle house! We enjoyed the beauty of the home and it was immaculately clean. We had no issues or surprises. The only thing is that the listing showed there was a pull out bed and sleeps 6, which ended up only being 2 beds and slept 4. Some of our family had to stay elsewhere, but it was big enough to enjoy a family dinner together. We really enjoyed our time in the home Thank you so much!

Summary: We had a great experience renting from Tessa. The home was historic, charming, and clean. We were able to have additional family rent out the upstairs unit so we essentially had the whole home to ourselves. The house was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time walking around exploring the area. We’d love to book again and highly recommend this rental.

Summary: Everything about this house was exceptional! The house was immaculate, kudos to the housekeeper! The location was great, could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. Loved sitting on the back deck and relaxing both in the morning before a hectic day and again in the evening . Will definately stay there again!
