This spacious accommodation features a tastefully decorated bedroom furnished with one King bed in downstairs and two cozy Queen beds on first floor , making this property an ideal for families or friends traveling together. The room is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, offering ample space to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the area. Make your stay a delightful and memorable experience.
✦Bedrooms: Relax in two elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with a cozy queen bed, feel more comfortable . One luxury king bed at downstairs with 50'' big flat tv , more privacy .
✦Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for cooking, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, free coffee supply etc.
✦Bathroom : a new modern and brightly bathroom supplied with Fresh towels and all essentials. also great water pressure for shower.
✦Laundry: stacked dryer and washer ready for use ---NO washer allowed between 9 pm and 7am due to the vibration noise !!!
✦WIFI : High-speed GB FIOS internet and the laptop work desk make the space work friendly.
✦Cleanliness: Cleaned and disinfected by the professional cleaning crew to ensure a safe and healthy living environment. This is our top PRIORITY and Confident !
✦Family friendly with kids : we offering some toys, high chair, also the crib and stroller for share .It is perfect meet the parents' demand traveling with baby , much less load!
✦Respectful: We have quiet, nice and respectful neighbors and they EXPECT the same from us. This place is NOT suitable for party, smokers or people just looking for a place to have FUN

✦We're always experimenting with new decor and furnishings so you may notice the space presented slightly different than in our photos, but you can always expect it to be just as stylish... if not more!---new outdoor space- back yard with privacy (party prohibited / keep voice down )

✯Parking: 2 hours limit Front street parking (8 am-8pm on Mon-Fri ) , No limit on weekend. There are 2 streets on the back and side are not limited and easy find ---our suggestion parking area.
✯For safety concern :Only registered guests are allowed(any visitor require notice in advance),otherwise take action as trespassing . 24/7 video surveillance at exterior of building .
✯We have a strict no smoking ,no party and quiet hours(9pm-7am)policy.Failure to adhere to those policies will result a fine, and the possible cancelation of your stay without a refund or eviction .More details please referring our house rules .
✯ Unauthorized late checkout will result fine , please notice us 3 days in advance for the flexible accommodation

Summary: The house was just as advertised. The host was easy to work with and the location was outstanding. Close to everything, but on a lovely residential street in walking distance to everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch before and after our daily excursions. Highly recommended.

Summary: Holiday lights and decorations made it easy to find this lovely home. Special touches like a well adorned tree in the entry and throughout the property made it feel like our home away from home. The downstairs bedroom with wall tv was perfect for me, nice and cool where my dad could be toasty and warm upstairs. The beds were a variety of firm and soft and everything was perfectly clean. The neighborhood feels safe and parking was a breeze. We highly recommend!

Summary: Great - very clean, comfortable beds, provided crib (very helpful as our group included a 6mo old) and a few kids toys. Convenient location in West Philly - near family we were visiting. Renters should know there isn't a family/hangout room - couch/TV are in kitchen. This was fine for our group bc we were out and about all weekend.
