Summary: Very friendly, thoughtful host, clean nicely decorated room. But know that this is not a hotel, it is a room in the owner’s house. It’s located in a residential neighborhood in West Philly with on-street parking, about a 20 minute drive from downtown. A TV and a way to make coffee/tea in the room would have been nice additions.

Summary: Outside of property was a mess. Trash all around side door. Weird arrangement with lock boxes for keys on the floor. No shoes inside which was annoying. They held a class in the morning and were loud. It just felt creepy.

Summary: Quiet and clean, but bed is uncomfortable to me. Mattress is a bit hard for my back. Location is comfortable enough to walk to Mann, if its not too hot and sunny. However, it feels scary to walk back to the house late at night after watching a concer at Mann, as most part of the sidewalk along the park is dark.

Summary: Yin Was amazing! So kind and kept communication open the entire time before we got there. There was something I did wrong on the app at first, and she helped me fix it! The place was gorgeous and perfectly located! 5 stars!
