The last house before the National Park, The Loft is a private and peaceful haven whilst being is easy reach of the lively town and beaches, 15 minutes on foot. A stylish bolthole ideal for a group of friends or private holiday home for a family, The Loft offers on the first level a vast open plan living space consisting of a cloakroom, fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area seats 6, study area with wifi , blue tooth Bose speakers , cosy sitting area with flat screen tv , air conditioning throughout. South facing, the full French windows the whole length of the building offer lots of light and breathtaking views of the mountains of the national park and the bay of Roses. The living space opens out onto a panoramic terrace with a further exterior seating area from which to admire the panorama and sip a sangria. Downstairs there are 2 large tastefully decorated bedrooms en - suite, and the pool lounge area. The first bedroom can be double bed or twin beds is equipped with tv, ,wifi, air conditioning, and en-suite family bathroom with bath. The second bedroom has a large double bed is equipped with tv, air conditioning, wifi, walk in wardrobe . The modern en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have French windows leading out to the lower sundeck and swimming pool 10x3 and beyond the garden with hot tub and further areas to relax and soak up the sun. From every room you will benefit from the fabulous views and the unique location of this property. The villa is set on a private not overlooked plot and surrounded by landscaped mediterranean garden with a large variety of cactuses and several olive trees, Beyond is the national park. The house boasts 3 sundecks, large swimming pool with sunbeds,a pool lounge with comfortable seating that opens onto an exterior barbecue area with dining table and chairs and gas plancha grill for el fresco dining. The lower terrace has a large jacuzzi which seats 5 people also with sea views, perfect to relax and unwind. The house has been finished to the highest standard providing contemporary comfort , the decoration is refined, exotic hardwood flooring throughout, air conditioning, art deco furnishings, exquisite Moroccan rugs and soft furnishings. Summary: We spent two weeks in this amazing villa. Even before arrival, the communication with Adrienne was very good. Upon arrival, Adrienne and her husband greeted us. After a tour of the house and the property, they surprised us with some regional food and drinks. We took a lot of pictures from the terrific sea view. Thanks to the air conditioning in every room, we could cool off. The pool with a depth of approximately 1.40m was perfect for us. In the whirlpool, we enjoyed looking at the starry sky. The house is the last one before the nature park which was perfect for the daily walks with our dog. We really enjoyed the silence that came along with the location. The villa is a real gem and a holiday location that lacks nothing.

Summary: We had an incredible family holiday here. The pictures don’t capture how beautiful the house is or the magnificent views over Roses. The villa itself was beautifully decorated and spacious with comfortable modcons such as Netflix and wifi, the AC kept us cool is the hot summer weather. The pool was deep enough to dive, fun for the kids to play around in and for us to lie on a float and read. We would highly recommend it!

Summary: This property has it all, the location, the views, great amenities, the pool, and for nature lovers a national park in the backyard. The owners were most helpful with providing information about the area and were very responsive which we greatly appreciated. This is a five star 🌟 and we will be back with friends next year!

Summary: We loved the house the attention to detail. When we arrived Adrienne greeted us and gave us a detailed walkthrough about how everything worked. She had even filled the fridge with essentials, as well as snack and meat and cheese. The pool, the view, the house were perfect!

Summary: My spouse and I stayed at The Loft in September 2018 for 6 nights. It is difficult to add to the great reviews already posted. We really enjoyed the house. There were absolutely no disappointments - only nice surprises. We were greeted by the owner, Adrienne, who very thoughtfully had a platter of charcuterie, cheese and fruits waiting for us along with some staples in the refrigerator and pantry. As noted in other reviews the house is in a great setting and very well situated for day trips. We delighted in watching the boats and in seeing the wild boars come out a night. This is a very nice place to relax. The only thing missing was some shade for the table by the plancha. And I would be remiss in not reporting that we did not have daily maid service, as noted in the description. But we did have service one day, which was all we needed or would want. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend The Loft.

Summary: Gorgeous villa with amazing views of the sea. This villa is the last house on the top of the hill and borders the national park. We were able to take great hikes and really see the Costa Brava terrain. In the evenings, when it got cool, the hot tub was a wonderful place to look out over the sea, enjoy the breeze and watch the sky fade to purple with the sunset. The villa itself is exceptional. Elegantly furnished and well-equipped with gorgeous landscaping and the most comfortable beds. The sleep we got in this villa was divine. Adrienne had milk, eggs, bread, jam, Cava, etc. for us on arrival, which was unexpected and lovely. She also accommodated our early arrival and departure times, which we appreciated very much. The town and beach are easily accessible from the villa, however, we did drive. The villa is also very well-situated to tour the surrounding area - a short drive to Figueres for the Dali theater museum (fabulous, book tickets at least two weeks in advance) and a short drive to Cadaques - which is a very special coastal town. The beach past the lighthouse and marina, heading towards France was wonderful, plenty of parking and chaises for rent. Everything was just perfect. What a fabulous home to stay in and charming part of the world to enjoy. We are grateful to Adrienne that we had this opportunity and experience.
