My property is situated in New Zealand's number 1 Resort town popular all year round and often referred to as the '' adventure capital of the world''. Most activities operate year round but Queenstown is also known for top class skifields such as Coronet Peak, The Remarkables , Cardrona and Treble Cone nearby during the winter months. The area is famous for pioneering activities like Bungy Jumping, Jet Boating, River Surfing and also known for movie locations and scenery for films like Lord of The Rings, The Hobbit, Narnia and many others. Queenstown has also become a major area for Wineries, Golf tourism and Bike and Walking trails. There is certainly no shortage of activities for the adventurous and the sedate and plenty of shopping ,eateries and nightlife. Queenstown warrants much more than a few days stay and makes a great base to explore the general region such as Wanaka, Arrowtown, Central Otago, Gibbston Valley, Glenorchy and Milford Sound.

Summary: The house is great has everything you need perfect for 6 plus guests. It is a bit older but it doesn't take away from the property. Great location, great host.

Summary: Good location, great bike storage, plenty of space, good kitchen, several bathrooms and decent beds - everything you need. Access to and from the bike park is totally possible by bike Host advised that the house is a bit dated but that didn't bother us at all! Would happily stay here again

Summary: My friends and I visited Queenstown for a long weekend trip. We appreciated Trevor being open about the fact that the property was a little old and tired. Other than that, it was as seen on the listing and gave us a warm, comfortable place to stay in the evenings. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Summary: We enjoyed this place so much, so spacious, lots of space and plenty of room for our family of five. The Panoramic views of the water and the mountains are just magnificent and, will enhance visitors experience of the place especially from the rooftop balcony. Trevor was upfront about the condition of the house, yet we didn't mind it at all. Everything worked well, apart from the water pressure in the house was low and takes awhile for a quick shower and again Trevor explained it to us. Trevor is a good communicator right from the beginning when we wanted to book the place and, throughout the day of our departure. Summary: My wife and I booked this house to relax and adjust after flying in from Canada. We sought a quiet location at a reasonable price and this house did not disappoint. We were warned in advance that the house usually hosted large groups, and was therefore rough around the edges. It was, but with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen it was all we needed. We certainly didn’t lack for space! Communication with the owner was prompt and pleasant. The 4 out of 5 rating really just reflects the worn state of the house - we were happy here and would return should we pass this way again.

Summary: A large older home with amazing views from most windows and the top deck with everything you need. The host was friendly, helpful and informative and very honest about the property before we booked. Most things in the house had been well used but were in good and clean working condition. Our stay was very comfortable. We tended to drive down the hill and park a kilometre out from Queenstown where parking was difficult. We enjoyed doing the puzzles we found.

Summary: Our 2 families had a wonderful stay at this property. Even though the place is a bit tired & requires a bit of a refresh, our stay had everything we needed & allowed us to have a wonderful visit. The view alone makes this place a must if you're happy with slightly lower quality. Heaps of space for the 8 of us, including the upstairs deck which was a great places to start & end the day. Would definitely recommend this to others & happily come back ourselves. Thx Trevor! 😊

Summary: The owner was very informative & helpful about the property. The house was a great size & fitted all 8 of us very comfortably. Close to the MTB jump park and thd house even had a room which fitted the bikes! Will definitely bought this place again!
