Your summer time rental will include: Kids playground with kids playhouses, toys and swings as well as a tree house with toys. Few inflatable pool toys, several bicycles for adults and kids, 2 Golf Club sets in bags with balls, Soccer goalie and soccer ball (Plenty of private space to run around and play!), Basketball hoop, Badminton rackets with birdies, 2 flying discs. Fire pit with chairs around. ( Can be used in the winter time). Dry Firewood is provided on site. 2 Kayaks with 2 adult and 2 kids Life Jackets are available for guests, (must have a pick up truck, or a van to haul.

Summary: Quintessential Poconos property with woods and deer grazing nearby. The roomy pool was DIVINE! It's heated to the perfect temp, not a chill to get in. We had fun shooting pool...and there are so many activities - foosball table, air hocky, games. A large and nicely appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. So relaxing and low key! It would be a great place in the winter too if you come to ski in the area. temp and not a chill to get in

Summary: The house was perfect for a group of 12 of my friends from NYC. The pool, yard, and games have us plenty to do and also near some incredible views.

Summary: You will have a ton of fun in this place. Super responsive hosts and friendly as they allowed us to check out late. The only thing wrong was they did not have hot water for showers which they fixed it . But went away the next day and didn’t bother telling them again. Great place overall
