Summary: There were 10 of us and everyone loved this property! The house was well stocked with supplies, kitchen, bath, bedroom & pool! The host was very responsive and any issues we had were promptly addressed and resolved!Stunning view!Highly recommend, would rent this place again!

Summary: I can’t say enough about how we enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly what we needed. We swam, fished, cooked, grilled, ate, slept, and played. We had 6 kids and 10 adults and the house/pool/dock was perfect for us. Thanks to Lawrence for being responsive and helpful with all our needs.

Summary: I just realized I hadn’t left a review after staying at this property last September for a bachelorette party and could not miss the opportunity to rave about this place and the host, Lawrence!!! First, let me just say that this property is even more beautiful in person. The house was spotless and the views were stunning. It was the perfect size for 12, though I think 14 could still be accommodated comfortably depending on your sleeping arrangements. And if comfortable beds are a must for you, you’re in luck! While I didn’t lay on all of the beds, I can confirm that the king in the master bedroom on the first level had THE MOST comfortable mattress and sheets ever… and there were zero complaints about the sleeper sofa either from the girl who slept “like a baby” on it for three nights in a row. The kitchen was equipped with all the cookware you would need for making meals at home and the fridge and freezer were spacious enough to store 3 days worth of food and drinks for our large group. The jacuzzi and pool were well maintained and just the right temperature and size (6 people could sit inside the jacuzzi). Lawrence was attentive to our needs and concerns and communicated effectively throughout our stay. I also really appreciated how accommodating (and forgiving) he was when I requested to change the dates of our trip TWICE after already booking our stay. If I could give this place (and host) 6 stars, I would!

Summary: We had two couples and four teenagers down for Spring Break. House is spacious and it was clean. Lawrence who owns and runs the house is great too. We were a little taken aback by the condition of the property. It is more tired than we would have expected for the price point. I would say that was not a major concern for us because the pool area and location are so great. I had some concerns about the dock area as well. It needs some work. If I had little kids it would have been an issue because there aren’t railings on all sides and it has some boards missing. Also I would say Indian Rocks is a pretty quiet community. We kept our music and fun in the pool to normal neighborhood levels. If you’re looking to hang outside late or crank it up I would say Indian Rocks Beach is not the spot for you. Overall we did have a good time we were just a bit bummed by the tired and worn condition of some of the house.
