Summary: This is a spacious unit overlooking the lake with all the convenieces and the most gracious host who was in contact asap to help.Arranged early entry .as well.Easy parking at the unit.Supermarkets were not too far and eating places nearby.Thankyou Masamilio

Summary: The apartment is lovely and very large; 2 big bedrooms with a total of 3 beds. The largest bedroom with queen bed had a balcony. There was a small kitchen (microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator was the extent to our use) an attached large area for the kitchen table, a large comfortable dining room that was "open concept" as it attached to the living room with 2 sofas and great balcony. The balcony overlooks beautiful Lake Garda. The weather was unusual; BBC noted "it was a beastly storm" for the entire 3 days of our stay. Still we enjoyed our visit and took many great photos within Descenzano. We walked a short distance to get the bus - note the bus schedule follows the typical break during the day and differs on weekends. - Be aware taxi drivers almost always speak only Italian in Desenzano. - We really enjoyed the small Yopizza right across the street that opened at 6pm or 1800. The food was good, service wonderful and ambience fun and friendly.

Summary: The apartment, location, and host were top notch. The apartment was spacious, clean, and airy. It was more than enough space for our family of five. Lake Garda was fabulous, with many attractions to visit (including the castle at Sirmione) and beautiful scenery. It's definitely a place we'd like to see again if we're ever in Italy again. As for the host, Massimiliano was superb. He is very friendly and welcoming, and always had time to answer our questions and give us his expert opinion on things to do and see. On our last evening, he even took a few minutes out of his day to help us with difficulties in operating the washing machine at the laundromat across the street. We highly recommend this property and this host!

Summary: The apartment is on a quiet street. There is parking, but be careful if your car is big. There is a beach across the street, a food store a few minute drive away and Sirmione also a few minute drive away. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view onto Garda lake. You can also open windows on both sides of the house and enjoy the breeze. The apartment is also shining clean. And, the owner is a great person :) I highly recommend this place.

Summary: We rented this apartment along with an identical apartment above it for our two families of 5. Apartments are extremely spacious and well equipped. Balconies offer great views of the lake, which is a short walk away. Small yard gave the kids somewhere to run around. Good restaurants within walking distance and a short drive up to Sirmione. We stayed over a weekend and there is a good sized market that sets up in front of the house on Sunday. Massimiliano was great to work with and prompt in response to any of our questions. I would highly recommend this property and it worked perfectly for large group when combined with the one upstairs.
