The apartment is located on a quiet street less than 15 minutes away from Parque Mexico and its cafes, restaurants and theaters. Metrobus and subway are less than 5 minutes by foot. Building has an elevator and 24/7 doorman. One parking space upon request, very well-located department with security.
Housekeeping, fresh towels and linens are included once per stay. For an extra charge we can offer additional cleaning or linens $20 usd per event.

Summary: Had to figure out how to checkin, no details provided. I had to call & text the owner. 6 people for 4 nights were provided two rolls of TP and a lack of towels. Beds are stiff and not comfortable, but do the job. Worst of all, we suspect the Neighbor's went into our spot and stole our property during an emergency exit of the home. (Medical emergency) Would NOT stay here again.

Summary: The owner was very attentive, the apartment was spacious, but they didn't have enough towels on arrival (which the owner fixed), the cleanliness was not very good (bathroom and service area) and there was a room with a bathroom full of rubbish that could have been better used. There were few cutlery, cups and pots. Overall it was good and the owner's attention helped with the negative points.

Summary: When we arrived, we couldn't get in...there was supposed to be a doorman on duty 24/7....he wasn't there...we ended up ringing another resident who located him for us. The pictures of the place were not accurate....some of the furniture was not there. One bathroom had no working hot water in the sink and in that same bathroom, you couldn't sit on the toilet straight on because there was a wall in the way. There were 3 towels, no wash cloths, no paper towels, no kleenex.....no ironing boards to iron our clothes for the wedding we were attending. The microwave and stove did not work. There was "debris" in the kitchen utensil drawer. We ended up leaving early and going to a hotel.

Summary: I stayed here for the first time and I love the location. The house was clean and we loved the view. Everything is close by transport, food ,pharmacy you name it and its close by. Plus it has WIFI …. Thank you for everything .

Summary: We loved staying here. This place is huge, could easily accommodate three couples rather than just the two of us. It's about a 5-minute walk to parkur Mexico, with its dog parks, exercise areas, art deco architecture, and tons of restaurants. There is also a garage where we parked our car and never used it again. Took Uber everywhere so you really don't need a car at all to stay there. Highly recommended.
