This sunny, clean, spacious house is within walking distance to all of Coromandels' local shops, restaurants and bars. We are pet friendly and have a large fully fenced yard. With lots of room and plenty of your creature comforts this house is ideal for families and friends. Large lounge with heat pump/air conditioner. The great kitchen is open plan to the dining room that opens out onto the undercover patio/deck area. Fish filleting table & boat parking makes it perfect for those keen fisherman. Only 3.2kms to Long Bay & 7.2kms to Oamaru Bay, both beaches have boat ramps and are safe swimming.
Please note we are situated next to one of our small and very tidy Cemeteries.

Summary: Two families stayed very comfortably in this house. Modern bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. After the storm and flooding then a cyclone we were unsure if we could get to the coromandel. Laurie-Ann was fantastic with letting us know what was happening with the road. Lovely weekend and great accommodation.
