Positive: Great location plus quiet and relaxing. Comfortable floor plan. Master bedroom was extremely spacious. Just a very very nice house.
Negative: They need to be up front about spa and pool heating up charges. No mention was made on the booking website regarding charges. We only discovered them by opening a QR sheet inside the front door. We felt ambushed and disappointed since the booking decision was linked to the pool and spa amenities. This is an ethical glitch easily remedied; please do.
Summary: House and location were a grand slam. I would recommend this to friends.

Positive: The property is close to many things in the Goodyear area without being on a "main drag" or cut through street. The pool and spa were excellent, but there was an undisclosed fee for the hot tub, which was eventually, and I do mean eventually...resolved in our favor. The kitchen and living areas were all excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and good for walking in the mornings or evenings.
Negative: The golf course is a beautiful backdrop, but the greenskeepers start work as early as 0500, and their lights blare into the small bedroom. Keep the curtains or shutters closed in that one. The house is also about 200 yards from the tee box, so we were occasionally subject to incoming high and low speed golf balls. My guest missed getting hit in the FACE by inches while reclining on the south side of the pool. This is not a new situation, as evidenced by the dents on the shutters and in the stucco. Downright dangerous to hang out by that side of the pool. We learned to put a post between our bodies and the tee box.
