House sits on a quiet family friendly dirt road with little traffic. Fire pit, deck, bbq grill, plenty of yard space for fun and games! Laundry on site, no need to over pack!

Summary: The property is spacious, clean and perfect for a large family. The kids loved the bunk room. Space for all four of them to sleep and then decent room to play as well. It is walkable to the beach but you’ll need a wagon to hold your things as it’s about a 10 min walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Summary: Our family spent this long weekend of the 4th of July here. It was nice, but some of the common use items needs to be cleaned and maintained. The outside of the home needs a good cleaning, including the deck and deck furniture. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very well cleaned and managed. We had a good time, but some small improvements are necessary.

Summary: Me and my friends had a wonderful time here. House was clean and in good condition, and all appliances were in good shape and functional. House is located in a very good location right near Higgins Lake and about 15-20 minutes away from Houghton Lake by car. Also, the owner was very friendly and reasonable and was easy to get in contact with. Overall, me and my friends were highly satisfied with our arrangement and we would suggest it to any other party looking for a vacation at Higgins Lake.
