Newly renovated 2000 square foot farmhouse with three porches and antique furnishings. Shelves full of books and games, an outdoor grill and bicycles are available. The paved country road leading to the house is a great place for cycling. The beauty of the Cordell Hull Lake is within walking distance.
The farmhouse was occupied in the late 1890's and early 1900's by John and Mary Catherine Tittle, my great-grandparents and Louisa Tittle, my grandmother and her twelve siblings. The Tittle House brings back a simpler more peaceful time retaining it original charm yet incorporates all modern comforts. It gives today and future generations a living contact with the heritage of this country's past. Few history books capture the story of America's past as vividly as the FARMHOUSE.

Summary: I can’t say enough about this restored farmhouse, just beautiful, very clean, and so quiet and private. This owner has a precious jewel of a property. We visited Granville for Mayberry Days and had a blast. We want to come back to this home at another time though when we can sit on the porches all day and soak in God’s creation - LOVED it!

Summary: We are 3 married couple who became friends in college. We live in different states & try to meet up for a long weekend every fall. We are in our 70s and have been doing this for about 20 years. The restored farmhouse is charming, full of antiques & reminds one of grandma's house. The area is scenic and peaceful. We enjoyed the covered porches with rocking chairs as well as an evening bonfire. The community fall festival & a local restaurant were part of a great stay.

Summary: We got all the living and sane cousins together for a family reunion. Spent two days on the porch just talking and laughing. Very comfortable for a group of old kids in the farm atmosphere. I picked the house and the other 9 though I was a genius!

Summary: This is our second year at the farm and it continues to be our favorite place to go. Everything was wonderful from the hand made quilts on each bed to the antiques and family photos in every room. Sitting out on the porch at night was our favorite activity. You can hear the night sounds, but rarely a car or other human noise. Watching for the cows leaving the barn in the morning was also a favorite thing to do as we so enjoy seeing the calves! If you're like us and love the quiet country life, this is the place you want to be!
