Summary: My family of 9 stayed here for our vacation to Nashville. It was great to not be right in the city and the house has so much space and beds! The pool table was a blast and the porch was nice. Would definitely recommend to a large group. It was overall clean with plenty of bedding and towels.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay in this home. We did have a few downsides or areas of improvement to mention. The 2.5 bathrooms is rough for 15 people…in essence it’s one bathroom for two people and the other one has to service everyone else and it’s just not large enough to do that well at all. We were also greeted by a full and overflowing trashcan that had been wheeled to the top of the driveway. That was a bit u slightly especially in comparison to the homes that are in the area. There was also no hand towel in the downstairs half bath. The vent at the top of the stairs was filthy and there appeared to be something in the overhead vent in the bunk room. Tissues would be a great addition to have at strategic spots around the house and Christmas decorations around the holidays would kick it up a notch for sure! Thank you for the use of your space! It fit us all comfortably!
