Summary: The house was located close to Santa's Wonderland and Texas A & M. It was perfect for the activities we planned on the trip. I love that every room has its own bathroom. The house was great and owners easy to correspond with.

Summary: Came to CStat for son’s graduation. House was nice and clean, as well as close to the campus. There was plenty of parking for all our family. Liked the fact that there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. They provided nice extras like soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Also lots of dishes available and cooking extras . Could have used more covers. The bedspreads were thin. Also needed more seating in the main area. Only one of the bedrooms had a tv but that wasn’t an issue for us. There was a tv in the main area. There were loud people outside at night. I’m guessing partying college kids since it was graduation weekend? Overall, I would stay there again for a football weekend.

Summary: The house was nice and clean. The amenities were more than adequate with large quantities of supplies for every room. The beds were very comfortable. The house is listed as an occupancy rating for 10 people, yet there were only 4 dining room chairs and 3 barstools. There was a large sofa that, at best, would seat 4. There was no other living room furniture to sit on . The neighborhood is college student dominant meaning large, loud, music thumping, tire squealing parties into the very wee hours of the morning. The next morning, a car was parked behind my vehicle in the parking lot, trapping us in so that we could not back out of our parking slot. If this house were in a different location, and properly and completely furnished, it would definitely receive 5 stars.

Summary: We had a group of 8 and it was perfect for what we needed. Has everything you could want in the kitchen, each room has a bathroom, and lots of space for 4 couples. Just hung out all day and then it was a quick Uber to Kyle for the game.
