Our home has original island charm with modern upgrades to make for a perfect get-a-way on the South Channel. The sunroom is perfect for bird watching, to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the kids swimming in the cannel access. There are (2) dining tables with seating for 12, and plenty of lounging space in the family room. The fenced in yard and 'hang out' room off the garage provides enough space for everyone to enjoy. There is a 26' boat slip available [with additional available], and the ability to accommodate up to 60' boats. A fishing boat is available for rent.
This home features a whole house water filter system, completely stocked kitchen, wifi, cable tv, (2) kayaks, life jackets, parking for 4 vehicles, fenced in yard for your pet, (min 1 crate trained pet) bonfire pit, water toys, and more. There is a ferry to get to the island that costs 15.00.

Summary: I hosted a bachelorette party with 10 people here and it was amazing! The house is much larger than it looks and has lots of yard space plus it’s on the water! Everything was very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and were a big help. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

Summary: Had a fantastic stay. We had a group of 8 adults. House was clean and very well stocked. Brought our boat and really enjoyed our time there. Very nice having boat accessible right out the back door, convenient and also protected. Owners went above and beyond to make our stay great including taking food out of the oven when we were going to be late getting back. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!
