Spacious Cape Cod sitting on almost an acre of land, with an expansive private backyard with beautiful views of farmland. Backyard features a screened gazebo with outdoor dining for 10 people. An oversized deck with sitting area to relax and unwind. There is also a private pool on the property exclusively for guest use to dip into on hot summer days. The home has everything you could want in a get away for work, family or just to have fun with friends. Home offers yard games such as bowling, yahtzee, volleyball, jenga, and so much more. There are also two hammocks to take an afternoon nap under the weeping willow tree. As the temperature drops, surround your group by the fire pit and enjoy some s'mores just you did like at summer camp. The home offers parking for up to 8 mid sized cars. As you enter the home there are Two bedrooms on the lower level featuring two Queen beds. There is full bathroom in the hall and a half jack and jill bath between the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms on the upper level with a full bathrrom featuring a jacuzzi and seperate shower. The dining room can comfortably seat 10. Please note house can accommodate up to 10 guest. Rates are based on a 10 person occupancy additional guests will incur a fee.
EVENTS POLICY
EVENTS/PARTIES ARE ALLOWED WITH PERMISSION EVENT FEES , AND INSURANCE PAID
We provide Tables, Chairs, disposable dinnerware, silverware, and drinkware as well as set up and breakdown for up to 65 guests. (Property can only accommodate 10 cars) There is parking off premises within walking distance of the location.)
You will be evicted immediately if discovered you're having a party/event without permission or exceeding guest count without prior authorization.
You must contact us before booking(We need to be secured a permit from the township)
Event insurance will be required
All events will require rental of portable restrooms (Included in event fee)

Summary: This property was awesome. We held a work retreat here and there was enough space for all 10 adults. The kids enjoyed the pool and had a blast playing in the backyard. So close to the Walmart so we could pick up last minute things. It was challenging not to allow our members to smoke even in the backyard at the fire-pit. We had to pay extra for the children and airmatresses to fit all our guests. The price was not according to the length of stay but rather number of people which is confusing since we were renting the entire property regardless. The kitchen was well stocked with extra ingredients for cooking and baking.

Summary: My family and me, as well as some friends & other family members were looking to escape NYC for the long 4th of July weekend. We found this great home not too far from the city and we enjoyed every bit of our mini vacation. The house is spacious enough for everyone to have their own space and cozy enough for all guest to be able to mingle and catch-up over dinner and drinks. The best part for my group was the great outdoor space. The deck is a nice size and leads to a wonderful screened in outdoor gazebo. The pool off the deck is perfect for a quick dip on a hot summers day or for the kids to jump in and play all day. Another thing I loved about the house was the wide open views of the perfectly manicured fields behind the house. I would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to future guest.

Summary: My friends and I had an incredible time at this house. We used it for a weekend away/reunion and it had everything we needed plus more. The host had taken extra time to supply things like pool floats and bubbles for the two toddlers in the party. The outdoor area was awesome, especially the screened in pavilion. House was superbly kept, cleaned and maintained. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the living area and dining room were big enough to house our party of 10. Would definitely recommend this house.
