Summary: We had an amazing stay! The house is very clean and well decorated. The owners anticipated every little amenity that we could possibly need with items in the bathrooms, coffee, drinks, spices, some food, laundry soap, cleaning items, and more. There were even restaurants coupons in the kitchen drawer that were current. The house has been recently renovated with updated decor. The pool is beautiful with pool towels and toys available. The house is situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I will definitely come back to this house for a future stay.

Summary: Very sparse in furnishings & amenities. Had to move a chair into only room with a TV. Sectional couch very low & difficult to get down or up, especially for older guests. Few kitchen items, not nearly as well stocked as any of many previous rental stays. Child enjoying the pool was the best part.

Summary: Property manager is very easy to get in touch with and even allowed me to bring both my dogs to his house. The house was perfect for my dogs with large open spaces and hard floors everywhere except the bathroom. The house location is good for traffic flows with I35 and George Bush Tollroad very close. There’s a great walking path about half a mile away and about a mile south is another park with disc golf, ice cream trucks, and a playground. There are plenty of grocery store and dining options within a short drive. The pool was sparkling blue, clean and ready for usage. Plenty of towels, and some sunscreen. The AC works great in this house because it was consistently above 100 degrees during my stay and I made that AC work. Laundry machines worked for me to do some chores before I left too which was great. I thought there maybe could be some TV dinner trays but if that’s my biggest complaint, pretty easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in north Dallas.

Summary: House was clean and was spacious enough for our family of 5. The pool was great and the owners had towels and sunscreen all ready for our use. Great place and great owners. Would recommend!
