The small hamlet of Hastière is very quiet, and the house is right next to a small country lane ideal for walks. In Hastière, you can rent electric bikes for Dinant, which is only 12 km away. There you will find a tourist office, many restaurants, the possibility of boating on the Meuse, an Adventure Park, or the possibility of kayaking the descent of the river Lesse. The large living room leads you directly to the south-facing terrace which has an exceptional view of the valley. It is very pleasant. The house is spacious and bright and the kitchen is fully equipped. Having an ample amount of parking space the house has a barbecue and table tennis table too.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Summary: Zeer praktisch huis. Hele goede frigo en een aparte diepvriezer. Het bed was groter dan we dachten en heel comfortabel. De keuken was ook breder dan we dachten. De hele grote overkapping aan de zijkant is handig. Prachtig zicht vanop het terras maar ook wanneer je in het huis bent. De eigenaar was heel goed bereikbaar. We zouden graag nog eens terug gaan in de zomer.

Summary: helaas hadden we een verkeerde code gekregen om het hek te openen, maar nadat we met de eigenaar gebeld hadden en de juiste code kregen ging het makkelijk. Later kwamen de beheerders nog even om uitleg van het een en ander te geven. Het huis was compleet ingericht. Er werd vermeld dat er keukenlinnen aanwezig was, we kregen één theedoek annex handdoek en één vaatdoekje. Dat is wel erg weinig voor een week. Mijn advies is om zelf ook nog het een en ander aan keukenlinnen mee te nemen. Verder werd er vermeld dat er een cupjes koffiezetmachine is, dat is niet zo, het is een senseo apparaat. Overigens is er ook een filter koffiezetapparaat. Als u de foto's op de site van Belvilla gezien heeft, daar staat een verrekijker in de woonkamer op. Helaas is die in het echt niet aanwezig. Beetje jammer, we hadden er graag door gekeken.Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer is werkelijk fantastisch. Ook in de omgeving is van alles te doen. We hebben heerlijk op het balkon kunnen zitten en ook in de tuin kun je fijn zitten. We hebben er een fijne week gehad. De huizen er vlak naast waren alleen in het weekend bewoond, door de week niet. Toch voelt het niet eenzaam, er rijdt best wel het een en ander aan verkeer langs. Als je van rust en ruimte houdt kun je je prima vermaken. Voor wie de tv niet kan missen, er zijn nederlands talige tv zenders.

Summary: De accommodatie was groot, ruim, schoon, licht en het uitzicht was geweldig. Nadat we gearriveerd waren moesten we even wachten op de eigenaar met de sleutel, maar nadat we gebeld hadden waren ze er ook binnen 10 minuten. Plezierig ontvangen en een rondleiding in het huis gehad.
